Dr. Waheed is running in the next Maldivian Presidential Elections

Dr. Waheed has officially announced that he will be running in the next Maldivian Presidential Elections. I wish I could be there to support my father during this elections, but I will have to do what I can from here. The only other two people who have a chance of giving Dr. Waheed a run for his money are Gasim (because of his immense wealth) and Maumoon the current president(because of his propensity to cheat). It is definitely time for some new blood. Maumoon has been president in Maldives since 1978... I truly think that is long enough. Between Gasim and Dr. Waheed - any educated person would choose Dr. Waheed any day. Gasim might be rich but he is no world leader.
